A group of researchers from the University of Groningen concludes in a recent study published in the scientific journal PLOS One (2014) that body vibration could be a possibility to improve the brain and nervous system. The result is that the body vibration can be done by localized exercises or general massages, adding soft or intense vibration for 15-20 minutes (daily) we can perform a complete stimulation exercise, so we launched a product that allows the relationship of an exercise of stimulation. To try to prove their hypothesis, the authors of the study recruited a total of 133 healthy adults who went through six sessions of localized vibration lying down or in a chair and alternated with six sessions without vibration. All sessions lasted two minutes and were followed by several tests of executive functions and three minutes of rest (in the same position, but without vibration). Among the results found, after the sessions of body vibration, the scores were improved in two of the applied tests that were taken as measures of attention and inhibition abilities, the Color Block Test and the Stroop Test. In addition, localized vibration therapy is already established as a physiotherapeutic treatment. The effectiveness of vibration therapy located in post-training sessions leads to a significant reduction in pain and a significant decrease in muscle stiffness. Numerous studies show that range of motion increases. Apply Naomi Wand immediately 24, h 48 h, 72 h after an eccentric work significantly improves muscle stiffness and range of motion.
